David M Jones, M.SC.
David Jones is a graduate of Dartmouth College (BSc) and the University of Arizona (MSc), both located in the USA. Dave has over 40 years of exploration experience throughout the Americas and a foremost expert on the Guerrero Gold Belt who discovered the Los Filos deposit in 1995, and then led the successful bid by Teck Corp. to acquire the Morelos Norte reserve (now El Limon/Los Guajes deposits). Dave was responsible for identifying the exploration targets that directly led to discovery of Gold Resource Corp's Switchback Mine located in Qaxaca, Mexico. Dave is currently a director of Minaurum Gold, Megastar Development, and private concern, Acapulco Gold.
Marc A. Prefontaine, M.SC.
Mr. Marc A. Prefontaine, MSc, PGeo, graduated with a BSc in Geology from the University of Alberta and an MSc in Mineral Exploration & Geology from Queen's University. He has over 30 years experience having worked for companies such as Teck Resources and Hunter Dickinson, then as the Chief Executive Officer of Grayd Resource Corp. from 2003 to 2012, where in Sonora, Mexico, he and his team discovered the La India Gold deposit. Following the sale of Grayd and La India to Agnico Eagle, Marc co-founded Orla Mining Ltd. and served as Chief Executive Officer from 2015 until December 31, 2018 where the company acquired core gold developed projects in Panama and Mexico.
Andrew Bowering, B.A.
Mr. Bowering is a venture capitalist with 30 years of financial and mineral exploration background. He is a founder and significant shareholder of Millennial Lithium Corp and is the founder and current CEO of Prime Mining Corp. He also founded Caldera Environmental, Pinnacle Mines, ATW Gold, Cap-Ex Iron Ore, American Lithium Corp, and Sunrise Drilling Ltd.
